How white are these white stickers. are they benjamin moore chantilly white? or even behr ultra white? or are they a "warm" white?

they are a soft white and blend in nicely with several shades of white

Has anyone used these and painted over them?

I didn't paint over them, but they almost all fell off. So I don't recommend buying them

They sell the same style in stainable wood. I would buy those. If you gave them a light sand and then a primer than maybe.

Are these stickers removable to reposition? And if on for a while, would they peel the paint off when removing them?

They do stick well but can be removed. As far as peeling paint, that depends on the paint. Some paints won't peel with duct-tape while other paints will peel with painters tape.
