Makes homemade bagels amazing
I was planning to make home made bagels, which I've done many times before, but I had recently watched a youtube video where the baker (in the US) used a similar topping. I immediately dropped onto Amazon to see if I could get it from here. I could, but it was VERY expensive. This product was much more cost effective, but still a little pricey since its imported. It does, however, make an amazing topping for bagels. If you get it, don't put too much on like I did the first time. It is very savoury in flavour, and was a bit much. The second time I used more sparingly and it was perfect. I do intend to try it on other dishes too, as I think it would work well.
