This thing puts out great light, with three settings. you can run it on the power cord, but not if it is already ran down. the first time we used it, we ran the battery all the way down. Plugged it up, but it wouldn't turn on. We decided it was a good time for a break, gave it about 10 mins plugged up, and then went back and used it on low setting and it lasted to end of the job. The tripod setup seems a bit weak, but it does seem to work. We were up under a house, so haven't used it on the tripod, just installed and checked it out. It will work as advertised. I would advise buying this to my friends, as I'm happy with my purchase. I took the one star just over the light not working JUST from being plugged in (but it will if you charge it a bit like I said earlier), and as far as the tripod goes, like I said, it does hold the light up and lets you adjust it how you like, the attachment point just seems like a weak spot, but I have not had problems. I left it sitting in my den on the tripod for a few days just to see, and it seems to work find. LED lighting is the wave of the future, and I guess everything being battery powered is also a new wave. This product puts the two together as well as anything else I've seen around, but I'm sure these things will quickly get better as consumers use and work the kinks out, and help companies decide where to work a bit harder and where they hit the nail on the head. For today's tech, this light hits the mark pretty well

The lights work great. They are pretty sturdy as my kids have dropped one and it survived. I bought these to line up a small area for soccer practice for U6 and U8 teams. It's not a lot of light you said two in my driveway in my backyard to light up for working on the vehicles. They are lightweight I'm easy to set up.What I don't like:I wish there was a 3-way switch in an external power supply to run the lights solely off of Power instead of having to run them on low with the adapter plugged in because I don't always need the battery power and sometimes would like a longer used time.I also don't like how much the prices fluctuated. I bought to last October and the price that's on them now is $50 cheaper. To me that's a little crazy that it changes that much. At that price I could have gotten three lights instead of two.

Nice overall product. Wish it had a better power cord than the cheesy one that comes with it, and it does not even last 2 hrs on high with a full charge. The charger is a 9v with a puny cord and if the battery is dead you can only have it on low with it plugged in because it uses power faster than it can get it on high. Overall it's a very nice light that is super durable and handy, but it should be able to run on high when plugged in for the price you pay.

I purchased this for use in my auto detailing business. It is brighter than I expected and is just what is needed for detailing at night or in dark parking garages. I will purchase a few more so I can surround a car with 3 or 4 lights. One light is sufficient to light up half of a car nicely.The units and the stands are heavy duty and they are easy to set up. I like the fact that they are well protected from damage when in the folded position and during transport.

Great lights! Bought six and the lights are enough for a u8 team to play 5x5 and 6x6 on a small field. Was able to run my practice and all my drills even after it was completely dark. All the parents were impressed with the setup. Perfect cheap setup for a young soccer team to practice at night! Kids even knocked them down and these things did not break! Only bad thing is the relatively flimsy tripod, but hey this beats paying 300+ for equivalent lights. Love this product!

I bought this light originally as a work light. But since the color of this light is similar to my florescent photography lights, I use with as my main key light because it is stronger than my photo lights. Light weight and easy to set up. The stand is very strong and sturdy and must to have with this light.

This light worked well for a couple hours, then died. The battery would not hold any charge. The manufacturer sent me a replacement battery, which again worked for 1 or 2 charges, then completely stopped working. It does not hold a charge and is completely dead.The light seems nice while it was on, though at full brightness on a full charge it lasted only 60-90 minutes.I would not recommend this unless they can resolve the battery issue. It's quite expensive, expect it to work flawlessly at this price.

The battery doesn’t keep the charge as the add and the brochure said. Besides that the product is helpful for my construction work at night.
