Great item

This junction box did what was required, to safely house the connection of the live feed wire to the wire from my new flood light. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because I would have preferred one that was slightly less bulky.

Just what I needed came quick good product.

The cable entries are NOT threaded and therefore too large to provide a good seal if using a c 25 mm able gland – you need to use 2 nuts or a repair washer on one side to get a decent seal

It's cheap quality but enough for what for I need. The lid could be with skrews, but it's just clicks on.

Entry seals for cables are adaptable for cable size. Face plate is a push fit so very insecure considering a 240v cable will be joined. Purchased another brand that had a screw fixed face plate.
