Good bike for the price, but the rider's toe touches the back of the front tire.
Found it to be a great bike for the price, relatively easy to assemble for someone who despises assembling bikes, but is too broke to take someplace to assemble. Only problem was there seemed to be not enough distance between the front tire and the pedals. While riding dead straight forward, not a problem, but just the slightest turn left or right, meant the back of the front tire would grind the kid's toes down (we tried with sneakers first, but switched to his sandals knowing they were shorter in length). Picture included, showing the lack of distance. The kid has an average sized foot for an 11 yr old (4.5 big kid's) otherwise this 24" bike fit them perfectly in height, weight, and it wasn't too heavy.

I am trying to see if I can return this. Assembly was super easy which was nice but this bike has been nothing but problems. We bought this as an inexpensive option for our teen to bike around with his friends. It is poorly designed. The pedals hit the front tire if turning somewhat sharply. No big deal, he's a kid he just has to adjust and be aware. Then a pedal fell off while he was riding. And yes we assembled it correctly. We had a friend (avid bike rider) come over with a special wrench but the threads dont line up properly so there isn't much you can do. We fix but it's not great. Teen says it's fine he's not worried and can manage. Then the tire comes off the wheel. Luckily he was just headed down our driveway so he didnt get far or hurt. It was fine for about 10 uses. I get it...you get what you pay for.

Although easy to assemble, the handlebars kept coming loose and slipping out of place. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a replacement. After replacing, the same problem is now happening. And, if you read any other reviews you’ll notice that the kiddos feet will hit the front tire. I’m assuming it’s made from poor quality materials, and will not bother putting any more time or money into fixing this bike. Very disappointing!

This bike is meant for very small feet.
Bike looks nice but the front tire is positioned too close to the pedals. We were planning to replace a mongoose bike which had same tire size until we assembled and went for the initial test ride. As soon as we went to turn the front tire my sons toes were just about torn off. It’s incredible how much closer the front tire sits to the pedals than on the mongoose. I can’t imagine that this is a good design for someone. My son doesn't have abnormally large feet - it’s baffling and frustrating at the same time. Great bike if your child has really small feet.

We bought this for my 10 year old son. It was a great inexpensive bike. You really get what you pay for. A year in and the bike doesn't function at all. The gear shifts are now stuck, the handles fell apart and have been repaired numerous times. The chains have fallen off numerous times. Had to buy another bike. Disappointed...

Defective
The bike came with the defective crank arm (ripped threads), which was not noticeable until we tried to ride it. Pedal fell off after 20 feet ride and it is not possible to put it back because of the threads.I am unable to find the parts online for R3012wmd model.. the seller offered 10% discount to avoid the hassle of shipping back. I appreciate it but the crank arm costs more and I can even find the right one.The bike is now a hanger for clothes and bike accessories that we did not even get a chance to use :(

Looks sturdy, but need to assemble/tune bike
Got this in late Nov and still haven't gotten it going yet. Came in three or four pieces. The cardboard box it came in was poorly sealed...the box flaps have already opened, but I inspected and bike seems okay. Assembling is pain. The headpost was backwards so I had to unscrew. The wheel rims are NOT true so I need to grab my spoke wrenches to adjust. Brake pads also did not align with the wheel rims so had to figure out how to adjust...so either assemble yourself or go to shop to tune
