Do not over tighten
Getting the torque right on this was a little tricky. I had a hard time getting a good seal at first, then I used a spanner to tighten this down and stripped the plastic lid. This should only be as tight as you can get it by hand, maybe with the aid of a towel if its wet. Aside from that this works great for pressure fermentation as long as you pair this with a spunding valve. Since this learning experince I've brewed half a dozen batches with perfect natural carbonation.
