AutoFull M6 Ultra+ 2.0 Gaming Chair with Mechanical Shiatsu Massage

Product arrived earlier than expected in 2 parts. Chair first then battery afterwards (good to know as I panicked at first haha). Instructions were very easy to follow and chair was put together in a casual 30 mins. For someone with ADHD this chair is a DREAM! I can sit in so many positions! its so comfy and the butt vents are amazing! no more overheating! my poor desk fan didn't even get a chance at being turned on. The bionic back massage is great! I like a lot of pressure at the top setting hits just right for me - it may be a little strong for some but you can lower the settings. The quality feels great and as a larger person the chair feels extremely sturdy. This was approved as an ergonimic working from home chair for me that I chose over other ergonomic options due to all the features that help me and my specific disabilities. The lower back support is AMAZING! Works money well spent! thank you!

This is one mega gaming chair. You couldn't really ask for more features in a gaming chair. The Shiatsu massage is an experience in itself. I absolutely love the adaptive lumbar support pillow that moves with your movements. 720 degrees fully rotatable and adaptive armrests with tilt control. The ventilation feature is nice and feels like a light breeze of air circulation all around you. The chair heating function is epic and does get really hot on the highest setting. I think that the seat cushion is just right. A lot plusher and softer than any secretlabs chair, yet offers a great level of support on your sit bone. I appreciate the seat being flat and wide and also the backrest being wide. The adaptive headrest is so comfortable. The only improvement i can see to be made is to the footrest which I feel could slide out more for better functionality, other than that this chair is amazing and worth every single penny! I can see myself sitting on it for hours without feeling any pains in my back or thighs. I highly recommend investing in it, its worth the money!

To be clear, my order arrived yesterday and I haven't had chance to daily drive it for an extended period, so this will mostly focus on first impressions and build process. The chair arrived in a massive box which was awkward in size and weight so if you have mobility challenges, you may want to have help from the courier or a neighbour. Instructions were printed on cheap paper and had a number of low Res images which made it less clear in one instance of which bolts to use, so I ended up guessing and it seems right so far. Luckily, the rest of the bolts are already in most parts (not tightened) so you only have to unscrew them, position the relevant part, and reinsert the bolts. Super easy. Altogether the chair took around 30mins to build by myself, with only one area presenting a challenge. That was the back when attaching it to the base, a second person would have been nice. This was because the bolts on the side without the mechanism had a slightly harder time being reseated (pardon the pun) and I was worried about stripping the threads briefly. But after some nudging, banging and sweat, they found the thread and went in. Beyond that, the rest really was quite intuitive and simple although I am a tiny bit concerned that there's no real tie between the chair and the piston, it essentially sits atop it and uses the weight to keep it in place. I haven't built many chairs, so, it's unclear if this is normal or not, just seemed weird to me. Once built though it feels sturdy enough, I weigh around 120kg and 5'11" and it's comfy to sit on and looks just like the pictures, so I generally can't complain on that front. I do however have a couple of points to note, the back of the seat feels a bit low, I expected it to extend to match the top of my skull, it doesn't. It feels maybe 4 cm too short and that's really felt with the little pillow, which clips through the holes which on a true racing seat would house your harness straps. That pillow ends up between my shoulder blades and it makes the whole seat feel slightly too small. Similarly, the lumbar cushion is a must, if it wasn't included the back rest would merely create poor posture so worth considering when purchasing. I'm not going to send it back as so far it ticks the boxes (minus the minor points mentioned) but I'll update this review in time if there is any change or noteworthy developments.

Very impressed with this chair very comfortable and help with my posture. It was some what easy to assemble however there were part that were a pain and the instructions were a bit vague. Not sure about leg rest was easy to attach but I can’t say I’ll use it due to limited space around my desk plus playing fast paced games I won’t have my legs up. Overall I’m happy with this chair honestly think it’s a tad over priced but I look at it as investment for gaming and working from home. Recliner feature and leg rest are great bonuses. Problem with assembling. 1. Attaching the back to the base was fiddly found the screws weren’t catching the thread. 2. Found attaching the legs weren’t as bad when I figured how to do it.

This is a fantastic chair in almost every way. Looks great. Very comfy and the adjustability is perfect for me. Really helps get through the working day, even with a back condition. The foot rest is a great addition too. It's more like a calf rest, but still very comfy. I only have one negative, but sadly it's a really annoying one. The backrest of the chair is already creaking quite loudly, only after a few weeks. I've checked everything is tight, but after careful listening and feeling around, have discovered that the creak is coming from the actual metal framework inside the backrest section. It’s a real shame, because it does take the edge off a brilliant chair otherwise. UPDATE: After informing Autofull of the creak, they immediately replaced the chair with a new one. It arrived within a couple of days and so far all is good. Really impressed with the service and there was no hesitation in resolving the problem. This is a company with confidence in the product.

Legendary customer service. I have had this chair for 2 years, the chair has gone through some heavy use in that time. Some of the PU Leather had started to split from behind the plastic grommets that cover the holes that pass through the back of the chair. I contacted autofull and they sent me a whole new chair! The chair its self is extremely comfortable, brilliant for long gaming sessions. I have seen myself spend 18 hours in this chair with zero discomfort. The adjustability is superb. Both armrests can be angled and raised or lowered to suit your desk. Buy this chair!

I know it is advertised as a gaming chair what I bought it for is to sit in it while I do my crafts it is very comfortable the only thing that is different is lumber cushion that I got is not the same as the one advertised, but that’s OK it’s still really comfortable, very well made, the only thing I found difficult was putting the legs on had to use my foot with a bit of force and stamp on it, as I don’t have the strength in my hands to do it, would I buy another one most definitely

Reduced to three stars. Upholstery went pretty quick.. but now.. 3 and a bit years on chair frame has died due to design fault. Shame this world doesn't encourage repairs. Yet another trip to landfill

I’d recommend you to go for this product. It’s super comfortable and looks fantastic. It took me 2 hours to assemble but worth it. Amazing product. Would rate 5/5. Would also urge you to buy brown colour coz it looks different in pic and in reality it’s super somkey.

Chair feels heavy and very stable, conformable. Not much experienced with that kind of chairs, but you can easily spend a day in it and no worries. Good for gaming watching movies and even naps between. Some parts of the assembly instructions provided are not very clear, so look twice before tighting some screws.Great at all, i was a bit sceptic, but very satisfied.

Easy to assemble. Took 20 mins. Super comfortable, the lumbar support is great and I love the footrest. Stylish chair with great color selections (I got beige and black) would definitely recommend. Doesn't feel cheap like some might. Only thing I can say is I wish the armrests went up a bit more, and moved forward and backward instead of just up/down and tilt left/right. But that's minor, just personal preference. Great product!
