Don’t waste your money on this junk case
As other reviews said don’t bother wasting your money if you’re buying this for an iPhone X ,..the screen protector arrived cracked which is glass,. also the buttons are impossible to use ,.the volume you can’t use,.. the on off button you can’t use ,.every time I try to put the case on it tried to dial the emergency number because it was pressing both Buttons on both sides at the same time ,..I even tried cutting the buttons down some with a razor knife and it didn’t work,. I shouldn’t have to do that on a brand new out-of-the-box item ,.I threw it away ,.don’t waste your money!!!

Feels good in the hands.
A great deal for the price. It would be hard to drop my phone now that I have this case. And I chose red so I can find it if I forget where I set it.

Screen Protector doesn't fit right
This had the potential to be good, but it just doesn't fit together right. After putting on the tempered glass when you snap down the case part the inner lip of the case pushes the screen protector up, causing air gaps. When I tried to readjust it the plastic catches on the case already broke. Save your money and just buy an name brand OtterBox.

Side button is stiff/difficult to press
Purchased for my brother who runs a lawn business. I purchased the version of this case for Samsung Galaxy S20, and he just got a new iPhone XS after carrying an iPhone 6 Plus with Otterbox Defender for the past few years.The case feels very protective, and it is nice that it includes a glass screen protector, unlike the new Otterbox cases which don't include one. The problem with the iPhone XS version is that the side button is very stiff and difficult to press. The Samsung S20 version that I'm using don't have that problem, so it could be just an issue with this specific case that we received.

no directions...
Mystery black piece that does not fit on any of the other pieces??....no instructions...and it is hard as heck to pull up the flap to get to the charge port. I am not by any means disabled with my fingers either....so if you are you would really have issues with this aspect. Overall had I known I would have solidly passed on this cover.

Excelente Carcasa Uso Rudo con 2 Protector Glass Incluidos
La carcasa se ve robusta para caídas accidentales del teléfono que no le pase nada, además viene con 2 protector glass que ayudaran a proteger el display y tienes uno de repuesto. Muy buena compra a un precio accesible $287 MXN. El envío tb fue rápido. Seria perfecto una nueva versión de carcasa que fuera igual a esta 360° y Protector Glass pero q se incluyera en la parte de atrás anillo y placa para imán.

Recomendable
La funda es fuerte por lo que protege muy bien el equipo. Hay que leer el manual, por que sino se puede forzar la entrada del celular a la funda y quebrar o dañar alguna pieza. El color me gusta muchísimo. Todo está a la medida de los botones de encendido / apagado volumen y la cámara queda bien. Lo recomiendo.

Lo que más me gustó fue la resistencia que tiene para los golpes y lo que no me gusto es que no tiene buena recepción para la carga inalámbrica por lo grueso del material....
