Great bags but NOT canvas

I loved this product

It melted to my heat press, cost my $87 for a new press mat/heat element.no where does it say NOT heat ok, says to use for crafts, and that it IS CANVAS!!so beings they false advertised should i ask for repair to MY MACHINE it ruined??
