This was my first time purchasing Tteokbokki Korean Rice Cakes, and I was very pleased with my purchase. They were delicious, flavorful, and very easy to prepare. I would definitely purchase them again.

Tasty

This was my first time trying tteokbokki. The taste was good. I love Gochujang. The could’ve kicked the flavor up a notch so I took a star off. Very chewy. Like mochi pasta. I’ll definitely order it again. I love that it was gluten free because I’ve celiac disease. If it was less expensive I’d order it more.

Sooooo good

Well, I’m disappointed. Portion sizes are okay, not terrible for the pricing but it def could be a lil cheaper and it would help get that 4th star. Texture is actually pretty good tho, it’s fun to eat since it’s pretty chewy without really being gummy imo. My main gripe is that it’s wayyy too damn sweet. I’m aware A LOT of Korean food has a high amount of sugar but it’s almost like eating candy. The actual flavor is good but the sweetness almost overpowers it. I’d suggest looking at other brands if you know you don’t like sweetened or oversweented food. Will look for another brand next time.

I bought this in cup form before, it was just okay. This was so good everyone of my family of six including myself polished it off in one setting. I purchased two bags which is four small amounts. It was enough with serving Korean chips along side. Some also had black bean noodles. I would absolutely buy this again, kids loved it! Oh for some who might think it is maybe going to be to spicy, I found it warm on the back of my throat and tongue but not even enough to take a drink. I also find most things spicy or way too hot. I also added one slice of American sliced cheese to the pan while cooking, it has ideas on the back that you can do like add a hard boiled egg or onion. From bag to table in about five minutes is perfect for busy days.

Love these. So delicious. Easy to cook, excellent texture, taste and smells yummy. I do wish if was cheaper. But I do plan to buy more.

bought this bc im gluten intolerant + have a wheat allergy and i miss eating tteokboki. This claims to be gluten free but when i received it i noticed immediately that the packaging didn’t say GF like it does in the product listing. I decided to chance it and eat it anyway and now im feeling like I’ve been glutened :( tasted good at least lol but not worth the pain, very disappointing
