This works well and is easy to use. The ceramic cutters are super-sharp and care is needed around some of the, ah, wrinklier areas (if you follow my drift). Charging is quick and easy by USB-C lead and it's great not just for hair removal you-know-where but also trimming sideburns, hair trimming round the ears and so on.I bought in December 2025 and one morning in late June, I went to use it but it had died for no obvious reason. Wouldn't charge, wouldn't switch on. I was irritated and tempted just to sling it in the bin but decided in the end to try to claim under the warranty. Visions of the supplier / manufacturer demanding pictures and videos and all the messing about some of them get up to, but I clicked on the Amazon "get product support from the company" link and got the email address. Sent off a short email basically saying "It worked, it doesn't now, how do we move forward on a warranty claim?". This is where it got good - a reply from "Alina" in less than 10 minutes. Polite and courteous, friendly day. Apologetic. If I'd just let them have my shipping address they'd get a replacement away to me as quick as poss. And they did - it arrived by Amazon delivery the next day.Customer service like that is a rarity in the modern world. Thank you, Vikicon, and thank you, Alina. Outstanding work. If you're considering a purchase of this trimmer, I'd say you could do it with confidence.

Good value, and pleased with performance. It has a little light as spotlight which is a nice surprise.

Use this no matter where I go. Hasn't broken on me. Doesn't feel or look cheap. Holds charge the way it should and it is waterproof as it states. Comes boxed with a charging cable and a stand for it. Sleek looking, cheap compared to the actual manscape device. All round happy

One year and one week and the battery won’t accept charge and it’s dead. 💀 until then it was ok. So if you want a razor that lasts until the warranty runs out go for it. 💩

This product is ok for body hair like chest ,arms, legs and under arms, but this is not good for hair remove near penis area or testes its make small cuts if you use this for remove hair from testes or penis thanku

I have bought the £110 MANSCAPED trimmer before, this vikicon one is identical. literally identical, same material, same light, same head, same blade, same skin safe technology, same sound, literally 1 to 1 identical, other than a few minor tweaks on visual design so manscaped can make it seem like a different product to get away with charging 5x moreim not just saying it looks "similar". im saying it literally is the same product, just a different brand name on. cant complain, shaves insanely well just like my real manscaped trimmer did.
