Disney: 5-Minute Christmas Stories (5-Minute Stories)

My toddlers loved all the short stories in the book. Looking forward to bringing out again at Christmas time.

My twins will turn four years old soon and they've reached the age where they like listening to longer stories both during the day and right before bedtime. We now have a number of these 5 Minute Stories books and we've never once been disappointed so when I saw this Christmas story book, I had to purchase it so we could read it during this Christmas season! The 5 Minute Stories books come in a variety of different themes, such as princesses or Thomas the Tank Engine. This particular one focuses on Disney and Disney Pixar Christmas stories using the characters from both older and more recent movies. There isn't a listing of the stories included so I am listing them, along with the movie the characters are from in parentheses. 1. Santa's Little Helper (Mickey and Friends) 2. A Perfect Party (Cinderella) If you are familiar with the 5 Minute Stories, you know that the book has a hard but slightly puffy cover, thick paperback pages, and measures 8 inches by 10 3/4 inches by 3/4 inch so it will fit nicely next to any others in this series you own. The book has 188 pages and each story is about 16 pages long with several sentences on each page along with beautiful and colorful pictures. As the title suggests, these stories generally take about five minutes each to read but my twins are very curious and ask lots of questions so it takes us about ten minutes to read each story, which I don't mind! I have boy/girl twins so I was delighted to see that this book contains a variety of stories that appeal to both genders and they can each choose a story without fighting too much. Each of these stories has been a lot of fun to read so far and my kids were so excited to receive this! We've already read several of them and they even like to look through the book on their own. If you are looking for a good Christmas book with lots of fun stories about characters from Disney movies, I highly recommend this one! It's appropriate for both boys and girls and is a fun way for everyone to read Christmas stories together!

Lovely Disney compilation perfect for holidays! 5 yr ikd son loves it during holidays.

We absolutely love these 5 minute storybooks. When our daughter turned 1, we replaced nightly bottle time with reading. We have been doing this for 1.5 years already and it's one of her favorite times of the day. They are packed with bright colors and great stories long enough but not too long to keep our 2.5 year old interested. We have about 8 of them and will continue to add to the collection. She will be learning to read with these before we know it. Highly recommended!

I purchased this for a great-niece. It seems like the perfect thing for short bedtime stories.

We have a small library of the 5 minute stories for bedtime. This one is a great addition. Perfect to sit by the kids bed for their bedtime story. Quality stories and illustrations. Plan on getting another for my nieces.

Such a good book for little ones, perfect length stories to keep them interested

I read this book to my daughter (15 month) because, I want to raise her bilingual. She loves it. It was perfect for her every evening bedtime story during the Christmas time. Looking forward to read it next Christmas Time. In this book are some old Disney Characters and some newer one. So it's really nice to read it to my daughter and it's not boring to me either.

We had another book from that collection and absolutly love it. We got that Christmas one for our 5 years old. Very nice stories and illustrations but you have to know that in ALL the stories from the book, except one, Christmas presents are not given by Santa... By kids didn't mention anything but I get unconfortable reading these stories and I certainly avoid to pick that book for story time! A shame

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my niece and nephew who both love Disney! It has the cutest 5 minute stories and a beautiful cover!
