Good work laptop
I got this to take on holiday and catch up with work. Clear touch screen and excellent battery life. Mouse pad large and easy to use. Fingerprint sensor great. SSD, so no need to worry about niceness. Perfect work laptop for processor light activities.

Bloatware!
Once you have fought with the bloatware (and, honestly, if you have the time and patience I'd recommend registering the copy of Windows 10 under your MS account, then scrubbing the thing and installing a fresh, clean copy because honestly... the bloat and the fact that it often re-appears when deleted is....ARGH!) and scrubbed as much as you can off it, this is a superb machine. It is crippled with bloat that is often poorly coded and a nightmare to remove. The coding of this stuff is so bad that one bit of bloat, that was sat waiting for me to fill in some text boxes, had the CPU being hammered and the fans spinning at full pelt. I don't know how much effort you have to put into doing things this badly, but it's spectacular.Finding a laptop with a touchscreen without spending either a fortune or buying a cheapo chromebook / ex-lease refurb is very difficult. To find one with, not only a decent Ryzen APU, but also with the option for proper dual channel memory in the midrange price bracket was awesome. Once I'd spent a long time setting it up, I was seriously impressed and wanted one myself. The only thing, hardware wise, that I disliked was the underside. I felt it flexed a bit too much for comfort (and you don't know what it's flexing into - might be into the mainboard or it might be just the battery which is given space to expand into for the occasional, inevitable lipo failure) and the vents on the underside mean you have to be a little more careful about allowing it to breathe. After that, the hardware is frankly great externally. I haven't opened it up to assess the internals but the keyboard isn't bad (it's no Thinkpad but it isn't priced as one), the screen is pretty good, the trackpad is almost as good as my Macbook (I hate Macs but they do use some fine trackpads) and there are enough ports, etc. The touchscreen works as it should.I've given it 5 stars despite my reservations about the included software. Removing all that is something you only need do once and, if you're like me, you put aside half a day to set up a new system properly.I got this for my mum who insists on a touchscreen. It was an awkward thing to find at the price. I've ended up wanting one myself and, when my current laptop kicks the bucket, I'll be investigating if one of these works properly under Linux. If not this, it'll be a £300 refurbished Thinkpad tank I can use to batter dragons to death and then use to blog about it.

Present for the Wife
As much as we would all like brand new, sometimes you have to change your view and look at refurbished equipment. Having previously bought my granddaughter a very good quality refurbished laptop following her very good GCSE results, my wife took the plunge and went for refurbished as well. No issues at all, looked brand new and no marks whatsoever, so obviously well looked after by someone. Very happy and pleased is she.

Beautiful graphics
The media could not be loaded. One things that can be improved is the battery I wish it last a-bit longer but it’s gets drained because I usually use it for watching streams so it makes sense
