I bought the WC103 for my mother last year. Evox started to ask me for a five star review from the moment it was delivered. Which I didn't do as I like to actually use the product and have some experience with it before I write a review. As luck would have it, the wheelchair developed a strange issue after a few weeks; it would suddenly start spinning, out of the blue. My mother's helper would have to run around with the wheelchair to physically turn off the power. After reset it would go back to functioning as normal. After this problem happened a few times, I got in touch with the Evox Customer Service for a resolution. What ensued is a long story but lets just say they began by expressing disbelief that this problem could occur at all and when I took exception to that the person I spoke to, Sandeep, asked me to take a video when it happened again. A video....when the wheelchair is spinning out of control with my mother sitting on it. I don't want to make this a very long complaint but my suggestion is please be advised; if everything is ok with the unit you buy I'm sure you'll be very happy, but if, God forbid, you face any issue, you're not going to get much help.

Product is 👍, but cost is high compare to the product. . . . . . . . . .
