Steel Tongue Drum 6inch 8 Notes Tongue Drum for Kids Preschool Activities Drum Instrument Steel Tongue Drum

I loved it so much I bought a second one for a family gift. Very reasonably priced, with a good sound and a removable muting piece on the underside. The scale is the one most books recommend for beginners (8 note diatonic tuned in C). And you can easily find additional books for it at the library, music stores or online. The numbers are held on by adhesive, so I moved mine into a position that was more visible for me, the top of each tongue.

In our family music and art are super important, and so when choosing gifts for our grandchildren and friends we always try to find quality items for children to enjoy, whether young or old (like me). We want to encourage the exploration of the arts without driving everyone around nuts! This is one of those things that simply brightens the room, encourages the soul, and lifts the spirits of everyone. There are more expensive "tongue drums" available, but these are of a quality and durability that surpasses most other choices within the same price point. Why pay more? The instructions and method are easy to learn, and encourage exploration without discord. We have given several of these as gifts and literally everyone has enjoyed playing them, musical or not, young or old. This makes just the best gift! We plan to add a larger drum, with more keys, to our own home's instrument collection, and will then enjoy playing with the neighbors, and all of our grandchildren! So look no further if you are wishing for a lovely gift that brings pleasure and delight to everyone, without any of the light-up, battery-consuming detriments of traditional "toys"!

nice tone for its size and price. Great for kids or casual play, though it’s more of a starter instrument than a serious one.

The drum arrived in the exact color pictured Great beginners drum. It has a nice sound and is a great price. It unfortunately was missing the finger nubs so we cant say how well thise work.

I love this drums, originally i bought it for my grandkids, but it is so cool i play it all the time. Sounds amazing so relaxing and fun to play. Defiantly recommend buying for anyone who enjoys music and playing the drums.

Good sound. Drum stick broke within a couple of days.

We bought this for out toddler and he loves it. Great sound, it is metal and comes with little drum sticks

I bought this for my son as he is a music teacher and band director and he really liked it . I would recommend this product , as it is really nice .

Bir tık küçük ama Oğlum severek kullanıyor

Great sound! Great and calming effect not like all your other kids musical toys. Very durable

Piccolo e grazioso, bel suono.

I was really impressed by this little drum. It was bought as a gift and I wasn’t really expecting much. Despite the reasonable price tag I was really impressed with the size, weight and quality of the drum. It’s also finished really nicely in a subtle teal/green colour. Although it was a gift I couldn’t help but give it a try and was surprised at how good it sounded and how fun it was to play with. The recipient of the gift is delighted with it and is already learning some simple tunes to play.
