I have used this product for approximately 8 hours on concrete patios, driveways and sidewalks. All were heavily soiled with dirt aging from 8-10 years. It worked very well removing dirt and most stains. It is made of a composite material which makes it very light weight and easy to maneuver with the 4 caster wheels. It appears well made and will hopefully last a long time. It is not inexpensive and there are other less expensive alternatives on Amazon that may or may not work as well. But it does include 2 additional extension rods which are very useful and add to this product's value.My only concerns is that there is no customer service phone number. All support is through a HOTMAIL e-mail account. Which the company does reply back in a day or so. They do not have any US repair/ parts facilities so it may be difficult if it needs parts in the future. The warranty is not stated in the provided documentation but their e-mail stated it was 12 mos. Overall it works as advertised, and i would recommend it to others.

This product did a fabulous & effortless job cleaning my 1700 sq ft Trex deck. The best features were that it feels like running a vacuum cleaner, except that it is virtually weightless. The cleaning jets made it so much easier and quicker to blast the dirt off the deck and it did a thorough job without damaging the Trex. I had to do a tiny amount of touch-up edge work, but the unit is low-profile enough that it slid under the balusters which minimized the wand-work at the end. I used my small electric 1700 psi pressure washer and it removed all dirt & bird droppings, but it did not remove the sap that came from our Douglas Firs. I used the wand to do that, but this surface cleaner did 90% of the job and I couldn't be more satisfied. One of the jets plugged up halfway through the job, but it was easy to remove and clean it and I was back in business. Sorry for writing so much, but this rig is the bomb!

Dislikes I have zero, Likes I have many, the price, the delivery, the ease of use “Priceless” I for one am a skeptical person when buying products online I saw this product and was going to buy the larger one but instead I took it easy and bought the smaller of them and got the 15” with wheels. I view the videos and I found them somewhat to be staged, but after putting it to use with my 3500 psi pressure washer I found it to be amazing and it preformed as stated. As you can see in the pictures it performed flawlessly took about four hours to do my entire backyard patio which is 30‘ x 70‘. We just purchased this house in March and I don’t think anyone had ever cleaned this concrete before as the picture show what an amazing job this product did. I’m not a spokesperson for anyone other than myself none of this was a set up just me on a Sunday afternoon cleaning my concrete patio. I will recommend this product to anyone who if they take their time will have the same results as I did what an awesome product. Just so you understand I cut the sections out splitting them in boxes so to say 10’ x 10’ and some large, I knew at the start this device would work flawlessly as I said I took my time and I’m extremely happy with the outcome.

I wanted to use this on both concrete and a treated deck. It works great on the concrete, but not as well on the deck. I think that’s because overtime the deck boards are not so flat.

Works very well and is much faster than just using a wand for power washing.

I was worried about finding something that would hold up well after reading some of the reviews on other pressure washers but this one is made of a sturdy plastic and it has some beefy arms as well. I used it to clean my driveway and walkway and it was so much easier than just using the spray wand. I believe my pressure washer is rated at 3500 psi which worked well. I just wish I had a little more slope on my driveway as it would have made it even easier.

I gave the review i did because this was pretty expensive item to buy. The wheels on the unit when I opened up the package had ball bearings on the bottom of the box...I didn't think anything of it, and used the item...i kept noticing ball bearings on the ground...come to find out one of the wheels was bent and the ball bearings are falling out. still usable but disappointing that it's broken before I got to use it and didn't know it. I am sure nobody cares as to what happened, but I did a review anyway.

First, I had a problem with my initial unit. Not worth mentioning what it was. Contacted seller and a replacement showed up in 2 days. EXCELLENT customer service!The unit itself works just fine. Easy to maneuver and pounds up dirt.I bought this because I thought it might be easier to use than the same one that does not have wheels. As it turns out, its not. Its not worse, but honestly if I had it to do over again I'd probably stick to one or the other. Now if I had NEITHER, I'd DEFINITELY get the one with wheels. And no need to get the metal one. The plastic one (cheaper) works just fine and is going to last a while.
