Very happy with the knives. The wood is beautiful and the knives are truly beautiful as well. Haven't used them much since I just received them but when I did use one of them it was nice and sharp. very happy with them. And they arrived in a timely manner. Thank you

Extremely sharp I mean I cut myself taking the knives out of the cardboard packaging I was removing the knife from the cardboard sheaf gently dragging it out and it cut through its cardboard and the bag and deep into my finger so be very careful with these knives when you unbox them they are awesome quality and you will not be disappointed they are awesome quality and you will not be disappointed

*UPDATE*After writing this review the company reached out and informed that this was a defect and sent a replacement set. Buy with confidence!These knives seem to maintain a great cutting edge and are very enjoyable to use. They cut nicely and easily, but with one problem- they rust. I thoroughly clean and dry them and still they rust. I remove a knife from the block and it will have rust spots all over it. Otherwise great.

This is a great knife set and very easy to handle. It's heavy and durable. Washes well and easy to maintain. Very sharp which is a great thing when using kitchen knives. The only draw back is the one I ordered did not have a tomato knife or a bread knife. I use those a lot so I had to purchase those separately from a kitchen store. I do think it's a good buy for the money for the everyday cook.

there are so many positive things to say about this set of knives, but I’ll give you the number one reason I like these knives so much. They are a single piece of steel with no bolts or screws or fittings or embedded handles. That means there is no bacteria or material getting stuck in any crevices or unreachable parts of the knife while washing. There’s also no loose handles and no ergonomic issues to worry about in the future. I like them so much I bought two sets!

Beautiful colors and function.

We bought this set about one year ago. Recently, the tip of the paring knife broke as we tried to slice something on a cutting board (see picture). This is poor quality steel as it should not have broken the way it did. I contacted Imarku about getting a replacement under their "lifetime warranty". They emailed me asking for a picture of the knife and the Amazon order number so they process the claim. I provided both to them and since then, have never heard back, despite sending multiple emails asking for an update on the status of the claim. This is clearly a company that uses poor quality metals to produce their knives and it does not stand by their product. The warranty is essentially non-existent. I would not recommend these knives at all as they can be dangerous if they break like this. Save yourselves the trouble and find a more reputable company to deal with.

The media could not be loaded. The knives themselves are nice and sturdy, but the wood block is cheaply made and almost all the openings for the knives have a piece of wood sticking out. If you aren’t careful putting the knives back you could damage them. Would be better to just spend an extra $30-50 and get ninja or henckels.

The knives came in very sharp, and well built. The only thing I dont really love about them is the weight, as they are quite light, but this is a personal preference. Somebody likes their knives light, somebody likes them heavy, I personally prefer heavy. The handles seem to be built out of aluminum, which makes them very light, and they dont feel balanced in my hand as Im used to owning much heavier knives. The blades are great quality, they hold the edge quite good and are easy to sharpen with the sharpener included in the stand. All in all a very good set of knives.

After using Henckels these knives are surprisingly good quality. Good weight, easy to handle, super sharp. Wish I would have gone with the darker block but all in all still satisfied.

Love how beautiful they look on my kitchen counter, so sleek. Easy to clean. Very sharp so have to be careful! But so easy to use and all the different types of knives so it can be used for everything in the kitchen! Loving it!
