Overpriced Product with Poor Performance
The product is not as described. The voice assistant feature does not work at all, and the TV responds very slowly to this remote. It only works when you're directly in front of the TV, which is highly inconvenient. Considering its high price, the performance is disappointing. There are cheaper alternatives available in the local market that work much better. I would not recommend this product.

Fake promise and product
Voice command wont work. It is a waste of 300 rs when we buy this only for voice commands. Bluetooth disconnects with remote everytime we switch off the TV or TV goes to sleep mode. So everytime we need to reconnect bluetooth. Ut is just a infra red remote for daily use..

Good and original but last not too long.
If you watch tv dont always type with this remote. Give some rest it is not your regular key boards. Just sit and watch some movies instead of always typing like a crazy person. All this is the fault of the tv designers who design the tv without thinking the remote that can control the tv actually. Battery also will last if you stay still and watch something properly. So all of you buy it and keep some discipline so that it will last longer. Now go and try it ny yourself.
