Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless Steel Pots and Pans Set, 17 pc, 77-17N

Excellent product. Stainless steel is the way to go. Just go to YouTube and learn how to use them properly. They work as good as nonstick. It’s about the technique. Cleaning is absolutely no big deal. If you want to keep them like new, you could use a sliced lemon to clean the pans or a little bit of baking soda and vinegar. Admittedly, I am an anal retentive. I like them shiny 😂 but you don’t really have to do that. Like described, they distribute heat very well and the pan stay hot. You can easily cook on very low temperatures because the pans really get hot. And you cannot drip anything down the side, even if you tried. Great design. I’ve been cooking over 50 years, and this is the best thing I’ve ever done. Wish I didn’t wait so long. One sidenote, the metal on the lids do get hot so you need a pot holder, but the handles on the skillets and sauce pans stay cool. Boiled water last night for pasta, and I needed a towel for the side handles. But that happens with my Teflon pans also. No biggie. Really nice pans

I love these pots and pans! We’ve gone through so many different pots and pans over the years as we have 7 kids and as they grew up and became independent with cooking they still used metal utensils on my non stick cookware and over time it would ruin them. I also realized I don’t want to eat the nonstick material that eventually came off so I decided to look into stainless steal so they would last and just have a better cooking experience. This was a big financial stretch for us to purchase but so far I am so happy with them. They cook amazingly even and nothing has stuck to the pans! My eggs this morning cooked faster and better than before and slid right off the pan. They wash wonderfully and haven’t left any marks. I would recommend these to anyone wanting a good quality but not break the bank set of cookware.

Okay, so I ended up through the past couple years going through three yrs that’s 3 other sets of pots and pans (believe it or not) before I ended up with this beautiful Cuisinart stainless steel set and I have not had to look elsewhere since. Do I really need to elaborate? Okay just a few things, I can leave my pan in the sink if I want to because I have limitations towards mid day to night time which prevents me from standing for long periods of time. So if I don’t feel well enough to wash a few dishes, they don’t have to be. These pans allow that! My previous ceramic pot and pans were relentless and would not. I absolutely do not have to wait 90 seconds to let my pans heat up before use, (one of my ceramic sets required me to do this previously) My range runs very hot so that was very annoying and I didn’t feel quite safe doing so. So it took forever to get my pans to heat up on medium low heat. Not these stainless steel pans, not only do I feel so much better cooking with them, they are just as effective as anything else I’ve used (if you know how to properly cook in them). Non stick isn’t an issue for me personally but the trick is to get the pan hot enough, add a bit of butter or oil for base cooking to help with the “non stick”,(regardless you should be using x-vir. Olive oil anyway when you cook in stainless steel) and the ITEM YOU ARE COOKING, DONE ENOUGH (or to desired liking) BEFORE FLIPPING TO OTHER SIDE. That is imperative. If you try to flip the food before it’s had the opportunity to cook somewhat of a level of doneness, then that is on you, the food will be destroyed. This is a very large set of pots and pans, there’s every pan you need, even a large stock pot, I mean what more could you ask for in a set? It literally comes with everything, and I’m very satisfied with the very generous price I was able to get them at thanks to Amazon. I love them. And, you won’t be disappointed either:)

I absolutely love this cookware set so far! The quality is excellent, the stainless steel looks beautiful, and everything heats up quickly and evenly. The handles stay comfortable to hold, and cleanup is easy since it's dishwasher-safe. Overall, it's a sturdy, high-quality set that I'm very happy with. Highly recommend!

These pots and pans are really nice. The best I've ever had. That said, I would give it a five-star review if there weren't pock holes in the cooking surface. Just a few. But there shouldn't be any. It shows a lack of quality control in the quality of material. So far, just on the large skillet. It doesn't seem to affect the cooking ability at all. But overall, it's very nice and everything fits together quite nicely in your cabinet.

After using 2 times for different foods, my ss skillet stuck both times. I decided to call Cuisinart about the problem to see what I was doing wrong and get some assistance in cleaning the burnt on food. What a JOKE!!!!! During the recording I hear that there are tutorials online at cuisinart.com so I go looking for them. Nowhere to be found. Then I get connected to a representative who tells me to go to YouTube and type in cuisinart and they would be there. I asked how to clean the pan at the moment and she says to use baking soda and water to make a paste. I say fine. I will try that. But in the meantime is my skillet going to keep sticking ? Her response was to use a non abrasive sponge and dish soap. My issue with the entire process is this cookware boasts to be dishwasher safe. The company also claims to have support which is virtually worthless. I will see if I can get the stuck on bacon off the pan (and I did use a lower heat like recommended).

As someone who loves to cook and has been on the hunt for the perfect cookware set, I am absolutely thrilled with the Cuisinart Cookware Set. This set has completely transformed my kitchen experience, and I can confidently say it's a fantastic choice for both beginners and experienced chefs alike. Unmatched Quality and Durability The first thing that stands out about this cookware set is its exceptional build quality. Made with 18/10 stainless steel, these pots and pans feel incredibly solid and well-made. They offer both strength and durability, and I've already noticed a significant improvement in how they conduct heat evenly. The triple-ply construction (with an aluminum core) ensures that heat is distributed quickly and uniformly, which makes cooking faster and more efficient. There’s no hot spot or uneven cooking, whether I’m simmering sauces or searing meats. Comprehensive 17-Piece Set This set comes with everything you need to tackle any cooking task. The 17 pieces include a wide variety of saucepans, skillets, sauté pans, stockpots, and a steamer insert, which means I’m equipped for almost anything, from making delicate sauces to preparing hearty stews. Each piece in the set is highly functional, and the fact that it comes with multiple lid sizes adds a level of convenience that makes cooking even easier. I love that the lids are clear, which allows me to monitor my cooking without having to remove the lid and lose heat. Easy-to-Handle and Versatile One of the standout features of this cookware set is the ergonomic, riveted handles. They are designed to stay cool on the stovetop, which means I never have to worry about burning my hands when I’m stirring or moving a pan. The handles also feel secure and sturdy, providing a confident grip, even when I’m transferring a heavy pot or pan from stovetop to oven. Additionally, the cookware is oven-safe up to 500°F, which is perfect for dishes that require transitioning from stovetop to oven. This versatility makes it easy to cook a wide range of meals without needing separate cookware. I’ve baked chicken, roasted vegetables, and made frittatas all in the same pans with no issues whatsoever. The non-reactive interior ensures that food won’t interact with the material, so I don’t have to worry about acidic foods like tomatoes affecting the flavor. Whether I’m making a tangy marinara sauce or a rich, creamy risotto, the flavors stay pure and unaffected. Effortless Cleaning Cleaning this cookware set is a breeze. The stainless steel surface resists food sticking, and most messes simply wipe off with a gentle scrub. The pans are also dishwasher-safe, though I usually hand wash them to maintain their appearance. I’ve found that they clean up quickly and easily, which makes post-cooking cleanup less of a chore. If you’re in the market for high-quality cookware that will last for years, handle a wide variety of cooking tasks, and look great on your stovetop, I cannot recommend this set highly enough. It’s truly a fantastic investment for anyone who values great cooking tools!

Well they look nice i don't cook but my wife's happy

سيء للغاية لا انصح به، يحترق ويلتصق فيه الطفام ويتغير لونه كل هذا في فترة استخدام شهر

I purchased this cookware set through Amazon Saudi Arabia because of Cuisinart’s reputation and the advertised Lifetime Warranty. Unfortunately, after the first use and wash, several pieces developed discoloration and marks. I contacted Cuisinart and was informed that they only provide warranty support to customers located in the United States. By the time I was directed back to Amazon Saudi Arabia, the return period had expired and no assistance was available. The cookware may perform well, but international customers should be aware that the advertised Lifetime Warranty may not be honored outside the U.S. This was disappointing, especially considering the premium price and the expectations associated with the Cuisinart brand

Whrn I received thr set , noticed few pits on the handle and externsl aspect of some pots but soon after using them few times, pits and dark stains are appearing inside as well.

The product I received is excessively thin, leading to problems with uneven cooking and burning. Additionally, it is challenging to clean, leaving persistent dark stains. Don't recommend this cookware.

Es un set maravilloso. Tiene su chiste usarlas, pero la calidad es buena.
