I bought the 3 day cleanse to Kickstart a new clean eating diet. I was afraid that I would be hungry but the shakes kept me feeling full and I still had plenty of energy to make it into the gym. I mixed them with Califia Almond Toasted Coconut milk (45 calories) and ate a healthy meal at 1:00. I ended up losing 4lbs in 3 days. I am so glad that I tried this. It definitely helped me to transition into a healthier eating lifestyle (down 6 more pounds) . I would highly recommend product!!!

The flavors are wonderful. The thickness and sheerness is perfect. During the shakes was a pleasant experience. I went through menopause in my forties. The effects at 49 years old (I’m 51 now) was uncontrollable weight gain, blues, sore hips, exhaustion. I just finished the first cleanse. It is making a difference. I’m losing weight (an effect that starts about 3 days post cleanse). A lot of the weight is from water. My face also broke out and is now healing. My doctor said there was nothing to be done. That’s not true. This cleanse works.

These were delicious! I actually miss them now that I am done with the three day cleanse. I've done many cleanses, and this is the first on where I was able to drink all of them each day. I looked forward to having one. Another thing I like about this cleanse is that you have a small healthy meal. I felt so much better mentally and physically during and after drinking these. I felt a lot lighter and the bloated heavy feeling my guts always have was gone. I didn't do this cleanse for any kind of weight loss, so I can't comment on that, but I will say this is the best one I've done for mind clarity and to feel better all around. Definitely recommend and I look forward to the next time I need a reboot!

Edited to add: I finished the 3-day detox. Loved the taste of all the lattes! Looking forward to doing this again in 2 months.I just received my first order (3-day cleanse). Nicely packaged, arrived just as promised. The shake bottle has a small coil inside to help mix the powder and it's the cutest thing you've ever seen. You can tell, by the attention to detail and elegant designs of the bottle and box, that this is a women founded/led/owned company. Some people mentioned the stevia aftertaste I am used to stevia so this is probably not an issue for anyone already using stevia. Also, I needed to contact customer service and was very pleasantly surprised how quickly they answered my question. I could not be more pleased with the purchase and will be back for more. I have done many cleanses before but Ganga down this is my new favorite. I haven’t lost as much as I did on others but 4 lbs in 3 days is still great and I don’t feel ravenous on my 4th day like I usually do on others. I think this cleanse incorporating one meal a day makes this a healthier more sustainable option than other cleavers ive done. I liked it so much I just order another 5 days. It also tastes amazing. I mixed line w vanilla unsweetened almond milk which did add 30 calories per shake but they were filling and yummy. Can’t wait for my next 5 days to come. Great product don’t hesitate to order. Price point is great also, great value compared to others.
