Why isn’t the HDMI port working with my device?

Your device’s USB-C port might not support video output. Make sure it supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode), which is required for HDMI functionality through the hub.

The hub isn’t charging my laptop – what’s wrong?

The hub requires you to connect your laptop’s USB-C charger to the PD input port. It does not generate power on its own—it passes through up to 100W from your charger.

Can I connect two monitors to this 5-in-1 hub?

No, the hub supports only one external monitor via its HDMI port. It does not support dual-display output.

Are the USB ports fast enough for external SSDs?

Yes, the blue USB-A port supports USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5Gbps)—ideal for SSDs and flash drives. The two black USB-A ports support USB 2.0 (480Mbps) for keyboards, mice, or printers.

Does this work with macOS, Windows, or Linux?

Yes, this hub is plug-and-play and compatible with macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and most Linux distributions. No drivers required.
