Are these suitable for scuba diving?

Maybe I missed something, I'm a UK size 11 so I'm going to order the XL pair. Can the actual size of the fin be adult adjusted to short for pool use?

I'm a size 11 and also have the XL pair and these adjust well around my feet. The size of the fin (already smaller than a usual set of fins) cannot be adjusted.
