Where can I get a tray that fits underneath for the water collection?

Not sure about a tray. Didn't know I needed one ha! I found that I needed to buy a 5/8 inch vinyl tubing ( home depot $5) and I cut it and let it drain into a pale.

Does it cost alot to run

Depends on how much you use it because it draws 9.6 amps. Other factors are how well the room is sealed and how well you get rid of the hot exhaust.

Adjustable. Fits a pretty broad array of window sizes and shapes, as long as they are squared off and no curves.

Does any plastic pieces for the window come with it to block out weather?

Yes, it has a two-piece adjustable plastic piece the exhaust tube plugs into that fits in your window. It also comes with foam strips to put around the edge of the plastic piece to insulate and make a better seal with the window frame. I take mine out all the time because it is temperate where I live most of the year, and it is very easy to do with the way it fits in the window.
