Poor Quality Control
This is the second mug (replacement). Ordered as a gift, first one decal was torn when applied and looked like crack up the side. Replacement arrived today and decal has hole that looks like chip. Don't think I'll try again - quality control just isn't there.

This is my umpteenth review of this line. It's gorgeous, and I have numerous plates, cups and art pieces from it. He does beautiful animals with great splashes of color. I love them all.

The quality on these is fantastic.
These are so comfortable to use. They make a wonderful gift. I have bought several to send to friends. I found them first on a trip to Montana and have ordered them online several times recently.
