The one in use does a nice job heating our family room
I bought 2 of these and am using one at this time. We will install the other one this summer in our home theater. The units have a fan in them,it's loud when it runs. The one in use does a nice job heating our family room.

Worked as described in advert. My heater caught fire after running for 30 minutes - and it was installed by a licensed appliance technician. Reorder same heater - hoping for better results.

This heater was easily installed in my living room and one in my bedroom. It heats up 3 good sized rooms downstairs (I haven't tried it upstairs just yet, I will enter that review as soon as I do).

Doesn't work
The heater doesnt work, I have tried contacting the manufacturer, they were not helpful at all, they kept giving me the same generic advice to just get me off the phone.
