But it's easier to lose weight when you have a scale. In particular, it can display your body fat percentage and so on through the app. The video was taken the first day I received the scale and the screenshot is the latest weight record. You know that it's easy to eat more food in winter, especially high-calorie fried foods. I need something to keep an eye on myself!

I really wasn't expecting to be so surprised at this scale! It's so easy to use and gives so much info! It is extremely accurate, which I know because I had a drs appointment today! I wish I had bought this long ago. Even my husband loves it! Thank you!

Very easy to setup. Having the scan code makes it easy to down load the app. Setup took less than five minutes. It’s light weight and the information comes up pretty fast.I would share this with others

The weight scale is very good. I like the style. There are many units that can be adjusted. I chose kg. The response is very sensitive and accurate. The digital display can easily know your weight. You can also connect with your mobile phone to record your weight. Variety

Great scale with a ton of features. The app is great to track your fitness goals. You don’t have to use it though. Very sleek design. Used my old scale next to it and it’s very accurate. They both were almost identical.

I bought this to measure the weight daily, and it works fine. It comes with 3 AAA batteries, so it can be used immediately. The measurements seem very accurate. And when I step on the 4 spots, it gives the number immediately and takes about 2 seconds to be stable. The associated mobile app is also fancy which can record the history. Nothing to complain yet.
