LEMBERI Big and Tall Gaming Chair, 400lb Capacity, Red

I had this chair on my wishlist forever until I could justify buying a new chair for myself. Finally the time came and it does not disappoint. It was very easy to put together and it’s so comfortable. I work from home so having a comfortable chair for the computer is a must. I love the foot rest too and the reclining feature. I often sit crossed legged so the extra extension is so nice. 10/10 recommend.

This is a great chair, I'm both big and tall and this chair adjusts perfectly for me. The Black and red appearance fit well with my office and it just looks great. There is plenty of padding making it comfortable to sit in. The rotation is smooth and makes no noise. The chair is easy to clean and wipes off easily. You can adjust the height of the chair and the angle of the chair back and rotate. The only knock on it is no rocking. You can leave the back in an unlocked position but this is more for adjustment as the arms more back as the chair back reclines. It's still very conformable just something to note about the rocking. This is also a great value for the money, I'm not sure how they can sell it at the price they do.

I purchased this chair because it was time to replace the uncomfortable 10-year-old chair I owned at the time. It took me a couple of months to actually purchase this chair. I spent at least 2 months shopping around comparing prices, functions, quality, and reviews. I finally purchased the chair in April of 2023 and it has been nice that is until today June of 2023. Now all of a sudden when I sit in the chair it slowly lowers all on its own. I'll raise it up by the lever and sit back down and it slowly lowers again. It is very inconvenient and at times painful because I have bad knees and ankles which makes it harder to stand up from sitting in the chair when it is too low. So, in order to fix this problem I will have to drill a hole in the gas lift assembly and install a bolt in it to keep it from lowering at all. This is not something I thought would occur 2 months after my purchase. Just like most people out there, I don't have the funds to purchase a new chair every 2 months. I know this isn't the most expensive chair on the market, but it's what I could afford. Even for a less expensive chair, I didn't expect that the chair would crap out in such a short period of time. Other than that the chair has been very good. It's too bad too because this problem brings down all of the other rating points. I hope this review helps people out.(Update 6/22/23)Lemberi customer service reached out to me via email to discuss a resolution to my issue with this product. They are sending at no cost to me a replacement Gas Lift for the chair. On top of that, they offered me a full refund which I thought was very nice of them, but I turned it down because I didn't feel right taking a refund for something I wasn't returning. I let them know the replacement part and their wonderful customer service was enough. However, I was surprised to find an additional email from Lemberi stating that a refund has been processed and credited back to my account for the full price of the chair. They let me know they weren't happy with how my purchase experience with their company went down. Not only that but also the quality of the product which was in no way anyone's fault. The only thing they asked from me was to have a more positive purchasing experience next time. I have to say that I am absolutely blown away by Lemberi's customer service. I have never and I mean never been treated so nicely or fairly by any customer service representative or just a member of the company. Lemberi's customer service in my opinion is second to none and receives an A++. I will be purchasing more products from Lemberi. I feel as though I owe them

I've had this chair for a year and I use it for work. So I'm sitting in it off and on during my 8+ hour work days plus when I'm gaming.For the most part, the chair has held up. It's still comfortable, nothing is fading, etc.It was easy to put together and I've only had to tighten screws maybe once or twice over the last year.I'd say it's worth the cost since it's still holding up.Now, for my negative and it might me a me thing. If you are someone who leans on one of the arms, the cushion will eventually flatten and shift. My right arm cushion is now mostly flat and you can see that the foam inside is now pushed off center. My left arm cushion is still perfect like day 1. I'm trying to get out of the habit of leaning while I'm gaming, but there's that. And since there is no way to remove or open the fabric, you can't replace the foam inside.That's it. It's easy to clean. I use a leather cleaner every week and it's still pink as ever. My back doesn't hurt halfway into the work day and you can adjust it as high or low as you need. I haven't used the massage pillow. It's mostly just vibration and loud. Not really a massage. All in all, I would purchase again in the future!The full chair photo is from the day I put it together. The arm pics are from one year later. As I mentioned, if you lean frequently, the one you lean on the most will eventually deform.

Definitely worth the money. Easy to assemble simple instructions to follow. I’m not a little guy I’m 6’0 340+ and I can lean back in the chair with my feet up and not worry about it squeaking or wobbling. Cushion is soft enough for the price and most definitely looks and feels good. I haven’t used the massager that comes with it as of yet. I have recommended to friends and anyone who’s reading this. 💯💯💯

Arrived on time actually earlier than stated, I was very happy. It was a gift for a friend and he loved it, no complaints and he is a big guy.

So first and foremost this is the first chair like this I bought off the interwebs.So assemble was easy enough altho they really need to make the images bigger in the instructions.The base came with a crack on one of the decorative covers on the legs. Nothing major..Nice n firm chair High Back even a neck pillow. Got the black n purple color.. love the look of it.Also it's rated at 400lb, which for me being a big guy was a plus!But I do have a few complaints.First.. while this chair does recline, it's not like a typical desk chair for reclining. There is no tension spring. Its.actually more.like a recliner then a desk chair. Instead of holding the handle to lean back it's to lock how far back one can lean. Also no tension means that if you don't have it lock it's gonna lean all the way back with little effort. But that makes it a pai when trying to sit up straight or just leaning back a little.Second issue is the handles for reclining and for raising & lowering the chair are soooo short you have to reach WAY under the chair to even touch them. And they.are also towards the back of the chair which makes it even more annoying to tey.and use the recliner locking handle because you can barely reach it while sitting in the chair.So while this was a good price, and it's a nice chair, it's not quite what I was looking for.I would also urge the companies that sell these kind of chairs to stress that this is not a tensionSpring reclining chair like most desk chairs.I was looking use this as a replacement for my kitchen chair that barely goes to the middle of my back, leaving my neck unsupported and makes it hurt.While the high back it nice the reclining issue makes me question if this will be a good replacement...

Easy Assembly So Far So Good 🧡

Super comfortable and good quality design. The material is nice and durable. Rolls around nicely and has a lot of adjustments features. The hidden foot rest is a nice touch when needed. Simple enough to put together alone with slight trouble attaching the back to the seat. The instructions do say to have another person help.The "massage" pillow isn't a massage pillow at all. It just vibrates and doesn't feel good. I never use it and the cord it comes with isn't very long. The pillow works well as a lumbar support only. The foot rest is a little short when fully extended, coming form an average hight male.I would recommend this product.

Ideal for my son who is 6'7" 285 lbs. Other gaming chairs broke down under his weight as most chairs have a weight capacity of 250 lbs. Comfortable and body positioning versatile.The chair is well worth the price. It will last for a very long time.

The mechanism that tilts the back of the chair back doesnt last and you cant fix it. Its a manufactuer defect. It causes secere neck and spinal pain. Waste of money. Send me one that works.
