As a peri-menopausal woman, moving into my 50's this year, I didn't realize how important it was for women to ensure their testosterone hormones were balanced. I'm always skeptical about things like this and there's no real proof that it works. But holy crap I notice a difference every time I do or do not take it. I hope I can keep taking for the rest of my life. I do have more drive and energy. And the women is happy i found this too.

At first I didn't notice but for me I take one in the morning then a second one around the sluggish period, that would be around 3pm. I do feel a strong feeling during the day so I does what it's supposed to do. The idea is to help boost testosterone and I feel it does just that.
