Q: Would I be able to use this on sticker paper to seal my invitations? Trying not to get something too large. Thanks!

It is possible. But the problem with sticker paper is that some of that adhesive is likely to get on the cutting surfaces or up inside the mechanism. You would then have to clean it up when that occurred in order to get a clean cut and then sharpen the blades by cutting on aluminum foil. Also would depend on how many you are going to punch.
