Do not buy! Everything sticks to the pan and you have to soak it for days for it to lift. If I could give half a star I would ! One star is too much .

È una bella padella in ghisa. Dopo averla usata molte volte e con molti alimenti devo dire che è stupenda! Bisogna prenderci la mano fuoco non altissimo, se non si deve arrostire o friggere, lasciare che l alimento sprigioni tutta la sua umidità e con quella e un po' di condimento lasciar cuocere a fuoco basso, come del resto in tutto il pentolame in ghisa. È un modo di cucinare un po' diverso ma il risultato è ottimo. Attacca pochissimoDa avere assolutamente per me un acquisto che rifarei ad occhi chiusi.

Purchased it for a healthier non stick option. But everything sticks to it. Might as well use a well seasoned cast iron pan.
