Perfect!
Perfect! Iโm a nurse and I purchased these to put into my Birkenstock clogs to hopefully make them more comfortable. After cutting them down to size, which was very easy, they fit perfectly and are so comfortable! They do not move around in the shoe and provide the perfect amount of cushioning. Very happy with this purchase!

Ture to size. Great for walking or standing as it has extra thickness on the heel that it almost fell like a extra heel pad. * Don't buy it if you need it for road running or sport, its too thick on the hell which may protentially damage your feet during sport.
