Doesn’t snag my hair like my old hair straightener. Actually straightens!

I bought a one pass approximately 9 years ago and it broke last week. I bought other cheaper options. but non compared to my Bio Ionic One Pass. I returned those. The Bio Ionic just makes my hair silky soft and shiny. It’s also easy to hold, with rounded edged that make it good for curling too. It’s worth it to spend the extra to have a good long lasting product.

So happy I found this. I had one for 9 years (so long that the logo was worn off). It broke one day, and I couldn’t remember the brand but I remembered the gold plates. But since I was in a hurry to replace, I just went with a popular straightener at the store by Kristen Ess that claimed it was no snag to try to save $20. That was a huge mistake, and it damaged and ripped out so much hair ( so much for no snag!). I finally had it after 2 years of that thing pulling hair out and hurting me that I went on here and searched for this straightener, and bought. I’m so glad I did, I no longer am afraid of straightening my hair and it hasn’t snagged one piece of hair in 2 weeks of use. So glad I found this! I love this straightener!

This product was shipped in a Amazon bag and when received the bag was opened and box was partially opened. Although this was in a box from manufacturer it was an expensive item and I expected it to be shipped in a Amazon box. As a result it wouldn’t even turn on! Disappointed. As a result I won’t be reordering and will buy from a different vendor.

Hands down the best hair straightener I have ever owned. May hair feels incredible after using it.

Gave this to my daughter for Christmas when she asked for a $500 flat iron. While it didn't cost near that amount, it works like it was $500! The plates never get sticky and always leave beautiful and evenly flat hair.

This was an amazing purchase! I'm very fussy with my hair straighteners and usually spend a lot on them. After researching I settled on this one and it did not disappoint. Best one I've owned so far. Five heat options, heats up very quickly, love the swivel cord, straightens beautifully in one swipe. I highly recommend this, don't hesitate just buy it. Very reliable brand.
