This Balmex cream is amazing! I was using another brand underneath my belly area from a previous surgery but it was gritty and didn't go on smoothly. This has been the best diaper cream we’ve found. It has been great at keeping the diaper rash at a minimum and more cost effective in the larger container.

Love this product for our little guy, but what in the world happened with the price?! It's gone from under $20 to nearly $30. I won't be purchasing it again unless the price comes back down. There are equivalent products available for much less.

I really like this Balmex diaper rash cream. This is my first experience with using it, and let me tell you; it really works well! After leaving the hospital, I noticed that my baby had a smal skin tear near her diaper area. Obviously as a new mom, I was shocked and distressed, so I quickly put some of this Balmex cream over it and watched it all day. By the end of day, it was healed and she's never had another skin tear or any signs of diaper rash at all! Honestly, get it because it's so cost effective and it actually works! You can even scoop some product out into a small travel container when on the go, as this 16oz would be too large and heavy for a diaper bag. The texture is thick, yet creamy. It won't stain your child's skin as badly as other brands, and if you want it off, just use a wipe, then bathe the area. It came off easily for me when changing diapers. You don't have to wipe it all off, but I do. Then I put a new layer on for protection, however, you can wipe, then build on the layer if you want. 10/10, would recommend.
