I've never had these gummies before, they was 3 month supply, I'm now on my second bottle. I've not noticed any difference to my hair or nails or skin, the gummies do taste nice though.

These are really tasty and I certainly notice the difference in stronger nails - I normally go every two weeks to have my nails done and my natural nails always seem to chip and break but recently I went a whole month without any damage whatsoever and can only put it down to these as it's the only thing that's changed!
