Sometimes I get the brighter red gummies that aren't as soft. Other times, they've been dark purple and soft. Once or twice they've been stuck together and very difficult to remove from the bottle (and ended up throwing them away and replacing). I think the the purple gummies work best for me.

These gummies were a life saver! I take two every night an hour before bed and have no issues with falling asleep. Sometimes I want to eat more because they taste so good lol.
