Love the smell of this and calming feel when spray it

This has to be my favorite item on Amazon! I’ve bought it multiple times! It’s really helped me with restless legs. My husband doesn’t like taking meds or applying stuff on his skin. He was having issue with restless legs and I grabbed this item, lifted up the covers and sprayed him down. He was so mad at me at first but 20 minutes later he said that stuff works. Now he will use this on his own. He an I always tell people who complain with restless legs to try this!!!! I do tell people that this product did make me itch the first couple of time I applied it. However now I don’t. I believe it itch because my body needed the magnesium. The itch wasn’t that bad and after 20 minutes you can wipe it off. Each for its own. It was worth enduring and I get the best sleep. I have purchased several things from seven minerals. And I have like everything I’ve ever purchased from them.

The product is good but no smell of lavender complete absorption of water. It’s starting itchy after one use if not going to wash after 20 min. On feet. Sleep good. The product is exactly as it’s designed and says. Just used once need to use is more and yes it’s good moisturizer for skin. Hope it’s healing better for my itchy feet . I buy it because it benefits for healing properly on skin .

I use magnesium lotion for leg cramps and migraines, so I was already somewhat familiar with this product. However, I was really disappointed with the packaging. There was only a cap, no spray, and the glass bottle is quite thick so it doesn't really seem like there is a lot of product for $20. It's very messy to use with no spray. I was going to use this for massage oil, but it soaks in way too fast for effective massage. Plus, if you have a lot of dry skin, it ends up sloughing off with this into a really gross grey paste. I tried using it after a bath, but the tingling turns into more a of burning when your skin is really exfoliated (I had used a sugar scrub on my legs). So here's my tip--use it when your skin is clean and dry, not open or raw in any way. Take that as you will. On the bright side, the smell is lovely. I love the woodsy/floral of cedarwood and lavender. I also feel that the magnesium really soaks in very well with this product--I didn't have any muscle cramps after a workout!

My skin is very sensitive. When I first used the magnesium spray, it itched so much I had to wipe it off. The next night was the same thing. I went for a week or so without using it, and then was determined to try again. I am about 3/4 through my first bottle & realized the other night that it hasn't itched in weeks. I still wake up a few times in the night, but I feel much more relaxed and can get to back to sleep fairly easily. I've changed nothing else in my diet, so I am assuming this is what has helped. Thankfully it has no smell. It is not greasy nor does it leave marks on the sheets. It doesn't work immediately, so patience is a must.

I have used this product nightly at bedtime, going by all the hints and instructions, since I purchased it nearly a month ago. However, I have not yet been able to sense any difference this has made in my sleep. My plan was to continue using it until it was gone, hoping results would kick in...but the pump has not stopped working. It jams after just one spray. Since it has a rather sticky residue when first used, I imagine that the pump is just gummed up and needs cleaning. But I didn't buy this product to give myself more tasks to do. It would be worth it if I could tell any benefit to my sleep, but so far, nothing noticeable. One further complaint I have is that the product bottle says "follow instructions" but nobody told me I have to download them from online until I called to find out why the instructions were missing. All in all, not a good experience with this product.

I have had a real problem with sleep for as long as I can remember. And I have tried EVERYTHING including prescription sleeping pills (which did work for a while but my body just got used them) This spray is just amazing. After the first 2 or 3 nights when I first started I have slept a full 7 or 8 hours every single night without waking. It's pretty much a miracle! The act of applying it is not a pleasant experience in my case as the first 5 mins after applying it really stings and itches like mad. But it's so worth it. Do yourself a favour and get this ASAP!

Good service. The spray does contribute to a more relaxed sleep, though I would be cautious if you at all have sensitive skin, this spray will make you itch momentarily. With children this can be problematic because they are not happy to wait for the itching to subside and so get upset counter-acting any chance you have of calming them before bed.
