There's a strong smell of powdered rice in this - is it a natural smell of the declared ingredients or was rice used during processing?

I believe the magnesium comes with a sulfate. So it might smell a little bit like boiled eggs.

Where are the ingredients sourced, seller?

I don't know the answer but I have been looking for this salt sub for a while. I have had high blood pressure for years (first diagnosed in 1981), they never medicated. But after using this product in every shaker we had my B/P went back to normal. Just sayin'
