These are a must to have in Louisiana mosquito season! We put them on each corner of our fence, and you can definitely tell a difference in the number of mosquitos. Nothing will eliminate them all, but it definitely cuts the number of mosquitoes way down. There is no odor and they are easy to set up. They stay out and had never blown off the fence. We have pets and little kids and there have been no issues with anything leaking out or spilling. I do wish that they made the sticks that lasted three months (that was the original time span) instead of one. They are pricey, but well worth it.

I’m not here to hype anything up, but I’m not gonna lie — this year compared to last year has been a total game changer. Last year, the mosquitoes on my property were relentless. Couldn’t walk outside without getting lit up. This year, I’ve got 8 of these things spaced out around my 2-acre place, and I haven’t been bit once. That’s not me exaggerating. Not one bite. It’s actually kinda wild. I didn’t use any sprays or foggers this time. Just these. I zip-tied them to trees and posts, left them alone, and that’s it. I’m in Florida, so usually the evenings are a no-go unless you’re wearing bug spray like cologne. But now? I can actually be outside and enjoy it. These aren’t magic. They’re not traps you hang by your chair. You set them *away* from where you hang out, and they do their thing. If you’re using just one or two near your porch and still getting bit, that’s not the product’s fault. All I know is what I’ve seen. And this year, I’m finally winning.

EDIT: ABSOLUTE SCAM NO WONDER THEY WERE BEING SUED LEFT RIGHT UP AND DOWN BY THEIR INVESTORS! Yesterday I swatted one mosquito while I was setting these traps up. TODAY HOWEVER, I cannot even stand outside on my property. This drew THE ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD OF MOSQUITOS ALL INTO MY YARD. And I have a large yard for livening in town. About half an acre. I followed I structions. Says 80 feet from the house the closest one is 100 feet from my house and it looks like a swarm of flies going after some rotten food around my head. This isn’t right and Amazon needs to take this product off their market I will be talking to them for a refund because I’m not spending 50$ to bring the mosquitos INTO my yard. That’s bull. 2 stars not because it doesn’t work I just put them up… but all advertising and videos out there, there are TONS of lawsuits out there had stated 90 days. THE FINE PRINT SAYS UP TO 30 DAYS. So no wonder all the 6-7 figure lawsuits. Can’t say in your advertisement 90 days then put in the fine print up to 30. 50$ every month?! That’s BULL. I will however be buying a big bag of mosquito killer and toss them in there and add water. Consciences of the tubes is the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars because the whole 5 gallon bucket and a 15$ BAG of add to water mosquito killer idea doesn’t work for me as I have a heeler and a border collie and I need to be able to hang these high in trees or they will get to it and although “safe for dogs” is stated on most mostiuto killers that you ad to water would you drink it? I think not. So the convienence of the hanging high up over 5 gallon buckets is the extra start. To the company… don’t say up to 3 months/90 days in all your advertisement videos on line and then put up to 30 on the fine print. You should be sued. A lot. Can’t make this stuf up smdh

I've been buying these for a couple of years now. They are the only thing that helps with these Texas sized mosquitos! They are super easy to use, I hang them from the eaves to keep them safely away from little hands or little paws.

I have seen all the mix reviews on this product, but in the case of my property, I am convinced they have actually made a drastic improvement with the mosquitoes. I have had a 4-acre property up against the Great Dismal Swamp for 30 years, and the mosquitoes were almost unbearable at times over the years. Even during the middle of the day, they would sometimes overwhelm you. I started using these about 6 years ago, and they made a noticeable improvement in the number of mosquitoes. They virtually never maraud you during the daytime anymore, and in the evening their numbers have been drastically cut back. The mosquitoes will never be totally eradicated by any product; I live up against a national wildlife refuge, but this product has made it tolerable and has improved our quality of life. For those that are skeptical because the tubes do not collect piles of dead mosquitoes, well, that's not how they were designed. The mosquitoes drink the solution, leave the tube, and die elsewhere. They are a bit expensive, and I wish they would just sell cheaper replacement solution packs instead of an entire tube replacement kit, but despite all that, this product has been the best solution we have found for our situation.

The mosquito attack is better but we are still being attacked all day. We have zero standing water. It is easy to set up, not worth the hype where we live. It helps but the bites are still annoying so it is not as effective as it claims.

These things actually work as described in the literature and advertising materials from the company. We haven't had a mosquito problem AT ALL this spring or summer. These aren't mosquito traps, they're designed to attract mosquitoes and when the mosquitoes touch the solution it will kill them within a short period of time, as well as any other mosquitoes in the nest or area that they come in contact with as they have the solution on them. This is a start early, attract, and slow kill process. It kinda smells like bread when you mix it up, and creates CO2 to attract more mosquitoes. I bought four and placed them along the back fence in our yard, as close to 80' apart and from the porch as possible. We live on the edge of 600 acres of wetlands, near the river. Needless to say there's bugs-a-plenty, especially mosquitoes. I started with these in the spring. After 30 days, when they say to replace them, I went to the www and found out the amount and proportions of the ingredients, purchased all of them separately and made my own gemish, which has been used twice to refill the original containers. Save at least one of the original lids so you can shake the container when you refill it.

People really seem to miss the purpose of these. They are not mosquito traps! They are more like mosquito baits. Also, you put them away from you, not near you… so showing that a mosquito is landing on you with the trap near you is not proving any point, except that you’ve missed the point of them & how they work. I was skeptical, but I think they are actually working! We put four of them up on our 1 acre property about two weeks ago, before it started getting warmer. I went out yesterday evening to plant some longevity spinach, fertilize our banana plants and clean our chicken waters. I was out there working after dark & to my absolute joy, I only got bit by a mosquito one time!! I live in Florida! That is unheard of. And I did not put any bug spray on. I have not deployed the mosquito dunks yet, which I still plan on doing. But if last night was at all what we’ll get going forward, I’m very excited!! I’m really trying to be proactive this year because my chickens got absolutely crushed by mosquitos last year! I had to put a battery fan in their coop at night, just to keep them off & allow our chickens to get some decent sleep. I’m very happy & this is the second time I bought them because I want to have backups for later this summer. Tip: I used very small zip-ties to strap them down to whatever branch I put them on. So they don’t get blown off & become ruined. Update: 4/20/25 - they are still working. I haven’t gotten bitten once closing up the chickens at night. And I’ve not seen any mosquito larvae in our outdoor waterers for the cat & chickens, even when I did see them earlier in the year when it was cooler out. I’ve seen some mosquitos around the coop, but not many. 🙏🏻 Update: 5/10/25 - I can safely say with confidence, these things work! And they work longer than the 30 days they say to use them for. We put them up 3/11/25. It’s been 2 months. I’ve been waiting for the water to be lower than halfway down the tube and they are still up higher than halfway. I’m just going to add a little water to all of them & completely replace them in June. I’ve gotten bit by mosquitos twice in two months! My husband is a mosquito honey-pot, and he hasn’t been bit at all, even while mowing our lawn! That is a totar win!!! I’m sending these to my family, who have been having major mosquito issues lately, and way earlier than they usually have problems with mosquitos where they are.

This product is completely useless. I followed the instructions exactly and placed 4 tubes around my yard. After 3 days, the result was zero — not a single mosquito trapped. I live in a mosquito-heavy area, so this should have worked if it had any real effect. It didn’t. For something this expensive, delivering absolutely nothing is unacceptable. This feels more like a marketing gimmick than a real product. Avoid this. Total waste of money.
