I purchased a Samsung S21 Ultra that was described to be in "excellent condition" for almost $300. It was shipped via FedEx and I received it as scheduled. I opened it the following night and noticed more scratches than I expected, also it had a charge of 14%. I immediately placed it on the provided charger and a message popped up stating to "check the charger connection", I noticed it seemed to not fit snuggly into the port. I tried a couple other chargers, and it was the same. I reconnected the provided one and it begin charging slowly again. The next morning it was at 100% as soon as I removed it the percentage dropped to 99%. I went online switched my phone service and went to work, I noticed around 10a it was already at 65% without any usage. By 2p I had charged it twice and had only made 2 quick phone calls and sent a couple of text the entire day, had this been a normal day I would have been stuck using my business cell. I resorted to wireless charging the remainder of the day. I haven't been able to use it as I typically would, but it seems to be what I would expect a high phone quality from Samsung. The 2 pictures I snapped were nice. Also, I haven't had a Samsung in a few years but I love the many updated functions provided, also thankfully it was actually unlocked so I could use it with TMobile. I contacted the seller about the stated issues and only received a question asking if I tried another charger. I responded several and stated I can only wireless charge. I requested a full refund because this phone is defective. I haven't received a response but will be returning it this week. I was very disappointed with my purchase and would NOT purchase from this company or refer anyone to in the future.

Amazing features, good quality phone

Love the ease that the pone effortlessly snagged all of my information from my S 9 - was shocked to see that the sellers or who ever did not put a SIM card in the thing so I can't make calls until i get the SIM card. But, nice phone.

Go directly to your provider vs risk an unknown quality refurbished. This phone was bought in August. Its May. So 9 months for $300. Since yesterday network failures off and on for days, now not on again. Four trips to Verizon with even an Esim card installed, network reset, updates are current, nothing. Blutooth no longer connects. When this does work the network cuts off in my own home and office. I would go directly to your provider and see if they have a refurbished option. I would not trust some one unknown on Amazon claiming quality checks.I am told by tech support and the stores, its the phone. They have tried everything. Its the phone is crap.Also noteworthy, once the short term warranty expired the phone body began crumbling. I noticed when I tried to put a new hard case on. Now I can't take this hard case off because the actual phone body is crumbling in chunks. So the phone body lasted 4 months before it began to crumble.
