Missing one of the Ugly books when it arrived

Missing residential wiring book, was shipped from India but arrived surprisingly quick.

Missing UGLY's residential wiring guide which product description said it should include. Spirals had some rust. It'll work but the product quality is low. I knew this might happen buying it but I'm just trying to save some money. Doesn't really excuse inaccurate description though - so know what you're getting.

The order said that it was supposed to be the 2020 NEC and two 2020 uglies guides. They did not send the uglies for residential. They just threw in some quick reference Instead of what it was supposed to come with

bought for myself and uncle with tabs. great value.

My package contained the NEC book and the Electrical References book, but was missing the Residential Wiring book.
