Literally impressed with the quality of this bread. I thought gluten free, low carb combination couldn’t be good but I said ok, let’s see. Yes, it’s expensive BUT it is fluffy if you want to eat it like this and it is also amazing, toasted . I put 3 loaves in the freezer and I am going to toast them straight from there. I will update this review then to make sure it keeps the quality. But overall yes, recommend the product !!! Highly Update: we can toast the bread perfectly after freezing

The bread it's very satisfying for someone who is on keto. I don't like plain keto bread. I prefer seeded so this really does give me the texture that I'm looking for. I also like the lightness of the bread and toasted is my preference. I highly recommend this bread to anyone who is on keto and looking for a bread with some texture. It is not dense but has flavor and airiness. Only one net carb per slice. I highly recommend this.

I'm always looking for good keto bread; however, the loaves I purchased were ghastly...they were soggy and tasteless. When I tried to make sandwiches, the bread fell apart into doughy pieces as though the loaves were underbaked. I tried this product because I like the idea of seeded bread with the added benefit of being keto...but the taste and texture were too off-putting to ever buy again. Sad.

I’m generally very pleased with the everything gluten free bread. It has nice taste, though it’s very soft. I lightly toast it to get a bit more support for sandwiches. It makes good French toast as well. It’s a good product.

Thought I would try this as have gained weight after some knee trouble, despite being celiac. I think this bread is of good quality but it has an unpleasant pasty texture.

To start-I have a hard time finding good gluten free breads because I am allergic to eggs. Most of the gf breads will use eggs to bind it and get that soft white bread texture. This bread has the soft white bread texture with plenty of seeds to taste like a grain bread. It holds up to any sandwich fixings right out of the package and is also great toasted, which is sometimes required of other vegan gf breads in order to just hold it together for a sandwich.

I have purchased this product twice. The first time, out of the 2 packages, 1 arrived full of mold and fungus. The product is really good because it offers 1 gram of carbohydrates and gluten free. I gave it another chance and bought 4 packages. They all arrived completely rotten, full of fungus. I had to throw them directly to the trash and with them my money. The problem is that they pack them hot because the bags were wet and full of humidity. I give them 2 stars because the product is not bad at all, it offers a pretty good carb free and gluten free alternative, but it's a real shame the way they pack them. I recommend the cinnamon raisin white bread as it arrived without a problem.

The bread is great, but I wish I could find it locally. I order it every few weeks but it is usually a mess by the time it is delivered. GF bread is, of course, very delicate and needs to be carefully packed to arrive in good shape. I ordered 4 loaves and 2 arrived in pretty good shape, but 2 are a mess. The box was in good shape so it was not damaged during transport, but the contents of the box have definitely been slammed around.

Love the product. Hard to freeze and then separate. Separate each piece before freezing. Late on the delivery, but happy to have it now!!
