Always the best purees so glad I can get it on amazon. So fresh and fruity, I often freeze it in ice cube trays if I don't need the whole tub at once.

This is good stuff. It is very fresh when opened but doesn't last long in the fridge, maybe 8 to 10 days. I prefer the Funkin Passion Fruit for longevity but this taste a little better. If you are going to use this in a week or so then this is the one to buy, otherwise the Funkin seems to last another week or so in the fridge and still makes great cocktails.

I buy this one all the time and it's amazing value! Fantastic for cocktails and desserts (mainly use it for cocktails). Yes, it's very liquid but that's in the nature of it. I've tried several brands and passion fruit is just liquid by nature unless you add thickeners maybe. Regular passion fruit juice has ~10% fruit content. This is 100% pure passion fruit with no sugar added.

a bit liquid adds acidity to the mix. try a souffle with pineapple in the eggwhite and passion fruit for the sauce. yummie

Très acide même en rajoutant du sucre. Très liquide pour une purée.

Ma commande est arrivée inutilisable. La brique contenant le coulis est abîmé et le coulis s’est écoulé. Il y a un sur emballage et je suppose que la brique était déjà percé au départ. J’essaie d’obtenir un remboursement ou échange, mais pour l’instant sans succès.

N’a pas le vrai goût du fruit de la passion , c’est juste très acide , je suis déçu .
