PALM: Palms are one of the most documented and most studied plants in the world and there are over 2600 species of palm tree types known today. Palm trees have an amazing amount of variations and differences in morphology, creating one the most diverse range of species. Basic characteristics of palm trees include growth from a single stem with crowns of evergreen leaves arranged in either a fan shape or feathery blooms. Most palms have inflorescence containing colorful flowers, which are usually small and white. The fruits of palms are considered to be drupes, or fruits containing a fleshy, soft part surrounding a hard seed center. Parlor Palm: One of the most popular palms in the world, its ability to put up with low light, drought and general abuse is legendary. Additionally it flowers when still quite young. Too well known to need any description, it has been in use since Victorian times and is suitable for home or conservatory. It is also known as the Table palm or Neanthe bella palm but the correct name is Chamaedorea elegans 'Bella'. Parlor Palms can adapt to just about any typical office or home interior. It is grown primarily for indoor use in 6 inch - 14 inch containers, ranging in height from 18 inches to 3-4 feet You'll find it used as a table top plant, grouped together in beds as under plantings, and as a low stand alone plant. Extreme well packaged, beautiful plant
The plant a couple of days early and was very well packaged (bubbled wrapped + no soil spilled!) which I really appreciated. The only thing I wished I had gotten based on the item stated was the ceramic green pot with the saucer; I had received a wooden pot instead which doesn't have a drainage hole or saucer unfortunately. However, given that I do still appreciate the aesthetics of the wooden pot and do think it's actually prettier visually so I'm still giving this a 5 star review because of the care in shipping and good condition of the plant. Will definitely consider buying another one!

Easy to care for and pretty palm
I bought this palm in January 2019. Almost 2 years later, I have had to transplant it twice and it is thriving! The Blistex is in the picture for scale. I would say the plant has more than quadrupled in size since I recieved it. I water it every 2 weeks in cool weather and 1-3 times a week in the heat. Other than that, just some Miracle Gro when I remember and keeping it out of direct sun is all it seems to need. I put it out on my balcony from March to November and now that it is cooler, it is inside by a window. I love this plant and the fact that it arrived in the mail in such a healthy condition! Thank you :)

Not exactly as expected
The palm I received is quite small compared to the photos and did not ship in the ceramic pot, but in some sort of plastic composite material pot. Outside of that, it arrived fully intact and appears to be healthy.

Healthy but very small
Incredibly small, came in random pot with plastic liner. I received a partial refund so that was nice but don’t expect a plant like the picture

Cute Pot and Healthy Plant
The parlor palm came exactly as pictured! Packaged well and delivered promptly. The plant came healthy looking, and the little green pot was in perfect condition. Not heavy at all, but enough weight to feel sturdy. This was the perfect gift. 8 months later the palm is still healthy and beautiful.

Different pot
Was hoping to get the pot that is pictured. Got a different colored pot with a saucer that didn’t match. The plant was packaged very well and was in great shape.

Great little plants!
Love my cute little plants! While one of them came with a bit less soil and slight discoloration on some of its leaves, I am hoping they adapt well and keep growing strong. One of the main reasons I chose them is because they are pet safe. Now if only I could keep my cat from chewing on them!
