Lovely Rack
I picked this rack because it looked prettier than the Topeak Explorer. The seat stay mounts are more solid and ornamental than the usual stamped steel on other racks. Also, the nicely formed supports that mount to the dropouts look better than the common triangle design. It was easy to install, but I did have to bend and force it at a few points. I’ve installed a few racks, so I’m used to this, but there’s definitely an element of forcing it that makes it not something you should return if it doesn’t fit, so do your homework. This rack was installed on a Specialized Roll.

The best style rack I have found and sturdy
May seem like a utilitarian item, but for me it is a small luxury item to have a very functional rack for my commuter bike that I think is very stylish. The best rack for my new commuter bike. I like the hollow aluminum tubes which are study and light weight. I like the feel of the rack and the fact that it has a built in bracket for a tail light or reflector. A must for my night riding. To those reviewers who said the reflector bracket was in the way, may not realize you can just raise the rack height to accommodate the tire clearance as designed. To those who said the rack did not fit their bike, I see the rack is very adjustable. It may not fit all frame configurations but the connecting arms may need to be bent/shaped to fit your frame braze-ons. It can take some muscle by the installer or an custom part. If you are not mechanical, you may need to take the rack to a bike shop to have it installed. I love the rack and have been using it over 6 months.

Rear Bike carrier
Very pleased with this rear bike carrier, it did take my husband a little while to get it to fit the back of my bike. But With his hard work and adding a few extra washers and a little stretching it looks great. I’m very pleased. We added a basket.

Fits on hard-to-fit Electra Townie!
For all you Electra Townie or cruiser style bikes owners with strange seat stay/seat tube angles, this rack fits. It installed very easy, only taking about 15 minutes. However, it did not sit quite level in its most extended position. I could probably live with this but it bugged me. Solution: using a hacksaw, I cut off about 2 cm of the seat stay mounting bar. This allowed the rack to sit perfectly level. I've now added a Wald 139 basket to the back. I couldn't be more happy with the final result. As others have said, it's a very sturdy rack. We've even ordered a second one for my wife's Townie. You might have to be a little creative and do some fiddling, but fantastic product. Highly recommend!

Works perfectly
Off you are looking for a good bike rack, then this should work. If you read some reviews saying it isn't level of doesn't fit prefer the wheel, then they didn't install it right. The rear posts are adjustable. If you look close there are screws on the posts for adjusting. Once I did that, it fit perfect and level. Plus it was easy to install. Great rack for my electra townie step through.

I like the retro look and the graceful curves
The rack seems sturdy and installation was straight forward. I had to do some improvisation with washers to move the rear dropout attachment point out to clear some of the larger aluminum, rather than smaller diameter steel, frame tubes at the rear dropouts. Probably particular to my bike frame. I also had to force it wider apart. I do like the retro look and the graceful curves. I was surprised that it was painted diver instead of anodized. There some noticeable flaws in that paint.

Last sunlite product I'll ever buy!
The picture shows the bracket arms as having a nice bend in them, WRONG! I ordered 2 of these racks and on both of them the bracket arms are slightly curved and so long that they bind up on the underside of the rack when trying to adjust it. Almost afraid to try bending the arms at this point for fear of breaking them. My advice is to stay clear and find a rack with more mounting options. would have ben great if the rack could be mounted to the brake bridge, but wait, the rack isn't drilled out for it and there's no hardware for it.
