This is a brilliant insulated cup for hot and cold drinks. Its as good as a much more expensive one Ive got and by far the best cheap one Ive had over the years.The cup feels great in the hand due to the rubber band around the centre.The lid fits really tight if you screw it on tight. The drinking hole flip over also fits tight and clips into place. I can verify the lid is leak proof - I filled it with water and tipped upside down and nothing came out from anywhere at all.The cup keeps hot drinks really really hot for along time especially if you warm first with hot water. Ive not felt the need to test it but after a few hours my drink was hot still - its rare it would take me more than an hour to drink something anything. Also this mug keeps liquid cold for hours too especially if you put the cup into the fridge before use. Ive used it to keep ice in for drinks whilst on picnics and the ice cubes are still solid hours later.

Best takeaway coffee mug. Holds heat for at least 3 hours. Comfortable to hold the grip, doesn’t get to hot to hold. Have dropped a few times,no damage. Even purchased 2nd one for partner

Nice, ergonomically designed thermos mug. But can’t see the point of a cheap floppy straw which collapses when you try to insert in the red flip drinking spout. The black flip up spout offers a good flow of hot drinks. Finally, the mug comes with a get one free offer if you register. The web site is not recognised. Voucher binned. Still like the mug though drinks are kept hot!

Amazing, leakproof and keeps drinks hot for hours, would only have issues if you put the lid on while it’s still steaming so don’t do that

Perfect. Robust and solid and REALLY does a good job. Test out the timing of how long it takes to get drinkable! I made one before a gig to drink at half time and (having made it three hours previous) it was still mega-hot so account for that and you're flying. Enjoy.

Really easy to use, keeps drinks hot for hours. No difficulty in keeping it clean.Had leak issues with first mug I purchased but seller was quick to rectify by sending replacement. No problems since. Would recommend.

This review is for their more expensive, red and black model. Flawed design - as you can see in the pictures, it leaks (continuously) from underneath the lid when you bring it up to your lips. Clearly there is not enough seal. First time I used it my shirt was covered. Dangerous (chest-wise) if it’s piping hot and you’re wearing something with a low neck. I messaged the seller with these pics and they replied saying……nothing actually. No reply. Nada.PS - if that’s not bad enough, the seller’s thrown in some false advertising too with the “3 Styles Lids Included”. I received no lids plural at all - just the one pictured on the defective, terribly-designed cup.
