LEOPO 12 inch Shelf Bracket for DIY Floating Shelf, 1/5 inch Thick Heavy Duty Bracket, 6 Pack, Golden

Got the wrong color but the items is well packaged and the brackets are heavy duty. The box says gold but the bracket is black. Working on a replacement.

I removed my coat closet that was so tiny, I couldnt fit three pairs of shoes on the floor of it. After repairing the floor and drywall from removing the closet, I planned on making a Hall Tree for coats and shoes from an old antique door. I used these brackets for shelves to hold shoes and my pet baskets (hold leashes, bags, and the like). They are beautiful and sturdy brackets. Exactly what I wanted.

I think these would've been great and I was very excited. I'm giving them a 5 because I absolutely would've used them if they were a different gold. I already have gold accents and this just didn't match the rest. This is definitely a greenish gold which doesn't really show well in the pictures.

#1. It's NOT really gold, golden color. It is more like a glossy mustard that resembles gold depending on the lighting situation. In my case, it worked fine, so I just used it... But if you are looking for a true gold color, this is not it.#2. The supplied gold color screws are junk. In fact, as seen in the photo, some of them are not even gold but more like silver AND the lengths of these screws do not even match... It's just bad quality control. I used my own drywall anchor screws that painted the heads with gold color marker to match the color.#3. I am pretty confident that the seller is selling returned items as brand new. As seen in the photo, some of the brackets had scratches although they came in plastic wraps.... They looked as if they were installed at once but taken off from the walls....#4. The box that the brackets come in is just too thin and flimsy. The brackets are pretty heavy but the packaging is just not as heavy duty.#5. But I do like that they supply a level in each set. That shows the seller put some thought into the product.#6. As stated, the brackets are pretty heavy - or heavy-duty. That's pretty much what I liked the best about the product and why I gave it 4 stars. And despite all the shortcomings mentioned above, I ended up buying 5 sets of these for my project. To be honest, there were really no other comparable options on Amazon....

They work fine but they aren’t the polished looking holders in the picture. They’re dull and I’m not sure I would call them “gold” they’re more of a dirty yellow/green color.

Look nice and comes with self tapping anchors.

Originally ordered these and received black, instead of gold. Returned them and got the correct ones sent back. After checking the color the boxes sat until the project was ready for shelves. Opened the boxes to find each set of brackets to be short on hardware.
