started taking these collagen tablets just over a month ago and im already seeing results my hair is stronger also my nails have improved i was unsure that collagen would make much of a difference but yes i would recommend them 100%

I received this item through the Amazon Vine programme.I have been taking marine collagen for a while now, but this is the first time I have tried tablets: usually I take capsules in the belief that there would be less aftertaste, however I found no discernible aftertaste with these tablets, and I had no problem swallowing them.This particular formulation includes vitamin C and hyaluronic acid.There is a frankly bewildering number of collagen products on the market, with differing strengths and combinations at wildly differing prices: these tablets retailing at £10.89 for 180 x 500mg seem reasonably priced and certainly cheaper than capsules.

The tablets are huge round chunky and impossible to swallow. Almost chocked trying to swallow one of these. Poor design being round and not capsule shaped. I'm sure these could be made smaller and more user friendly.
