I love the product, but the bottles but not very well packaged... rubber dropper too flimsy . I saw a leak when I opened the package.

Odor & Texture Problem
Having used this product previously it was clearly evident that what I ordered & received was either very old or improperly stored. It had a distinctive odor & the texture was off. Perhaps one should get Kiehl products directly from Kiehl.

The bottles are tiny and easy to break when taking out of the packaging. I love the product but would rather get a larger size instead of paying so much for samples.
