A must have for all women
I bought several of these as gifts for my friends. Smoothies are easy to make and delicious! The health benefits are explained and why not do what's good for our bodies?!

Great options
I actually bought two of these – one for a friend who has cancer and I liked it so much that I bought it for myself as well. Even though I'm in remission, I like the thought of drinking these healthy and very tasty smoothies.

Breast Cancer Survivor Smoothie Handbook
This book is full of healthy smoothie recipes with cited research to back the health claims. I had purchased other recipe books claiming the same, but ultimately didn't deliver and were promptly returned. This is the real deal. If you are a cancer survivor, as I am, and/or wanting to better your odds of avoiding cancer, I highly recommend this book.

Small price for Big Benefits
I gave this as a gift, after I thumbed through the pages. As a believer in anti inflammatory foods, I loved what this book offered. I was especially interested in the entire section on the benefits of Green Tea and adding sources to one’s diet via smoothies. As my friend struggles with so many negatives, gifting this book, has brought us both pleasant and positive conversations.

It would be much better if it offered color photos of the smoothies so ...
This is not just a typical recipe book. It gives quite a variety of ways to use natural foods in blending for optimal health. The book takes into consideration the needs of those it aims to serve. It would be much better if it offered color photos of the smoothies so that it were more visually stimulating but it did the for me anyway.

I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, I knew I had to eat heathy, I was told by my health advisors to drink healthy shakes. I did not have a clue where to start .Then I found this book on smoothies .it is very easy to follow and offered a great variety to try, I use a lot of frozen fruits because I can keep them longer. I recommend this for anyone just starting to make healthy smoothies,
