It's sugary, so not the best way to take magnesium citrate. The flavour and format makes it easier to consume.

It has terrible taste and texture

The product arrived the bottle and label is completely different to the add. I tried the gummies they are very gritty and not great to chew not a great taste. I will be buying more magnesium citrate but not this brand

Confusing description. They did not make it clear that it's 600mg of citrate and not actual magnesium per serving. there is only 70mg of actual magnesium per serving (2 gummies) which is not nearly enough for an adult to meet recommended daily dose you have to eat a handful of these and it's too much sugar will not recommend, look for a higher dose once

So this considered high dosage compared to other gummies AND TABLETS It tastes really good, and it's affordable I have rebought this few times and planning rebuy it again 10/10

Pleasant-tasting gummy. Covered in sugar crystals. 20 calories, 4 g carbohydrates, 4 g of sugar per serve. Contains glucose syrup and sugar. Vegan friendly. I enjoy these as part of my daily vitamin supplement. I would buy them again but I will be looking for a sugar-free alternative.

Easy to absorb. My sibling has a disease called EDS and this has made their nutrient absorption go through the roof. Our PCP is thrilled. They're also very easy to chew and not terrible tasting.
